​           D~TecH Associates, LLC was established by Joseph A. Couture in January of 2017.  This company was developed after working with the founder of D~TecH, Dennis T. Hanley for the last 18 years covering Sales in the Northeast Territory of the US and Canada.  Based on their shared vision, Joe strives to maintain the integrity, loyalty and dedication to the companies D~TecH represents while, as a team we provide quality, service and partnerships to all of our customers.

           Joseph has over 30 years of experience in Microelectronic assembly, components, manufacturing, and packaging.  Before joining D~TecH in 1999, he held positions at Film Microelectronics (FMI) as a Director of Operations of the Hybrid Manufacturing Assembly Area. With his commitment to quality customer care, Joseph went on to become FMI’s Northeast Sales Manager, covering the East Coast.  This allowed Joe to develop customer relationships working with Engineers, Purchasing Managers and Buyers in the Military, Telecom, Medical, and Commercial Markets.
